Thanks to Jorge and Stefanie, I found myself seated at a more than decent Mexican restaurant, enjoying one of the prettiest views I could ask for after an event day. The food tasted better and the drinks seemed colder, as I leaned back in my chair and looked into the horizon and wondered what awesome things I'd get to see the next day.
